Keep client data out of model training
Prompts are sent using a commercial OpenAI API key, set not to allow data to be used for model training purposes.
Better yet, never let client data leave your office
Using LegalProGPT's "scrubbing" feature, firms can prevent client data from ever leaving their network. Each prompt is analyzed for potential CII (client-identifying information), then queued for attorney-reviewed contextually-relevant replacement.
Citation Review Wizard
The impetus for LegalProGPT's creation. When enabled, LegalProGPT ensures that any Word document generated by the OpenAI model is analyzed for the presence of legal and record citations, highlights those citations, then queues them for human review and approval.
Near ZDR mode
Near-zero data retention (ZDR) mode reduces what information remains on OpenAI's server, through cleanup of temporary files and retaining ownership over the running chat script. At the moment, OpenAI's 30-day retention policy (and beyond, for "safety" purposes) still applies.
